2020 – a year that we will all not forget for a long time. Our lives, our daily routine and, for many, our entire work routine has changed.
2020 was a really difficult year for us. We couldn’t hold a single real festival and so we had to decide to break new ground.
A first step was taken with the Zurich Online Beer Festival. True to the motto: “If you can’t come to the festival, we’ll bring the festival to your home.”
Thanks to the cooperation with Amstein and Qbeer, we were able to supply a lot of fans of the barley juice here. But what about after the online festival?
Wait or rather hope that in April 2021, as if nothing had happened, it will simply continue where we left off before the pandemic? A completely normal Zurich Beer Festival 2021?
We’ve been hoping all along that we can hold a regular festival in April 2021, but now it’s pretty obvious that this will not be impossible and so we have to postpone again. Hopefully one last time. On September 16-18, 2021 the festival will take place.
But in the meantime you don’t have to worry, because thanks to the new shop, which was created out of a mixture of boredom and necessity, you can now buy many of the specialties
buy directly and at unbelievable conditions.
We love good beer and look forward to the future with the Drink Different Shop, although we hope that it will soon be back: The official Zurich Beer Festival!
